brand, film & content

Good business.
Doesn't always show it.

You've built something worth trusting. But if the way it looks, sounds and shows up hasn't kept pace, that's quietly costing you the client who was almost yours.

Founder-led. Every project.

No account managers. No junior team learning on your budget. Every project comes through both founders, from the first conversation to the final file.

Worth knowing

People decide fast.

None of this is opinion. It's how people actually behave online, and it's the reason the way you look, sound and show up carries more weight than most businesses give it credit for.

Intent Lab

Why now

It should all say the same thing.

Most businesses don't have one brand problem. They have three: the identity hasn't kept up, there's no film that shows the work properly, and the content that does exist doesn't sound like anyone in particular.

Each one gets patched separately. A new logo here, a video shot there, a content calendar that lasts six weeks. None of it adds up to one clear impression. Meanwhile the business underneath keeps getting better, and nothing above it reflects that.

The work is good. Not everything carrying it is.

Your identity, your website and your content all feel like they belong to different businesses.

You're proud of the work but wouldn't send someone your own website or reel.

Everything gets made in isolation, with no one looking at the whole picture.

New hires struggle to explain what actually makes you different.

You post because you're supposed to, not because there's a plan behind it.

Competitors with less experience are landing the bigger clients.

The standard

What "aligned" looks like.

This is Physio Bump's real identity system: one mark, one icon language, built once and carried through the site, signage and everything else, instead of three suppliers pulling in different directions.

Our process

From scattered to one standard.

We don't start with a moodboard, a shot list or a content calendar. We start with what's actually true about your business. Most studios treat brand, film and content as three separate jobs. We treat them as one system, built once and carried properly through everything that follows.

Scattered
Aligned
01
Get honest about what's not working
No sugar-coating. We look at the identity, the film, the content, and tell you plainly what's carrying the business and what's just noise.
02
Find the story that's actually true
Not a script or a slogan written for a business that doesn't exist yet. The real one, found properly and told well.
03
Build the system, not just the assets
A visual identity, a way of filming, a voice, all built from the same foundation so nothing feels bolted on afterwards.
04
Carry it through everything
Website, film, content, socials. One system, applied consistently, so it feels like one decision instead of a hundred small ones.
05
Launch it properly
Not a quiet swap of the logo on a Tuesday. A real moment, for your team and your market, that makes the change land.
06
Keep it consistent as you grow
None of this is ever really finished. We build systems that make it easy to stay consistent long after the project wraps.

DisciplineBrand, film & content

Physio Bump is a Melbourne women's health practice building its first real brand: identity, website, film and content, all running through one standard from day one, instead of being stitched together from separate suppliers down the track. We're building it from the ground up, so a practice with no reputation to lean on yet gets a first impression that earns trust before the first visit, whichever part of the business someone sees first.

Who you'd work with

Founder-led. Every project.

We've kept GRND•ED small on purpose. No account managers, no junior team learning on your budget, no work getting handed off three times before it reaches you. Every project comes through both founders, from the first conversation to the final file. If we take it on, we're in it properly, and if we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you that too.

Craft over shortcuts. Honest over hype. Built to last, not just launch.

Still have questions

Fair enough.

Do we need brand, film and content, or just one of them?

Whichever you actually need. Some projects start with identity, some with film, some with content. We scope it properly on the call, not before.

How long does this actually take?

It depends on the scope, a single discipline moves faster than a full brand, film and content rebuild. We'll give you a straight timeline once we understand what's actually needed, on the call.

Will this disrupt what's already working with our clients?

No. We plan the transition so your existing relationships aren't interrupted. Current clients should notice things looking sharper, not the business going quiet while it happens.

Is this just a redesign, or does it go further?

Further, if it needs to be. We look at strategy, identity, film, content and how it all shows up day to day, then scope only what's genuinely needed.

What does it cost?

It depends entirely on scope. Send an enquiry and we'll walk you through what this would actually involve for your business, then put a proper number on it.

How involved do we need to be?

Involved where it matters: discovery, direction, design and creative decisions. Out of the way everywhere else. Clear process, your input, our craft.

Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?

Yes. We're based in Melbourne but most of the process happens over calls and screen shares anyway. Distance hasn't been a problem for the clients we've worked with so far.

What happens after launch?

We don't disappear. Every project wraps with the systems and files you need to keep things consistent yourselves, and we're around for the businesses that want an ongoing hand with content or design.

Do we own the work once it's finished?

Yes. Once a project is signed off and paid for, the final files and the rights to use them are yours. We'll always be upfront about that before we start.

What's the very first step?

Send an enquiry with a bit about your business and where it's at. We'll come back with questions, not a pitch, and go from there.

Worth a rough number

What's a scattered brand actually costing you?

Most decisions like this get signed off on gut feel. Plug in your own numbers and see roughly what closing the gap could be worth.
